Finca Santa Elena pairs comforting caramel and biscuit notes with a touch of peach. The result is a balanced flavour profile that offers something familiar alongside a little fruit sweetness.

This washed coffee comes from Finca Santa Elena, a 46-hectare farm on the slopes of the Caraigres mountain in Costa Rica’s Tarrazú region. Made from Catuaí and Caturra varieties, it’s an inviting introduction to this celebrated coffee-growing area.

Roasted in Cambridgeshire by Sidewalk Coffee. Start with a filter brew or cafetière to explore the balance between its caramel sweetness and peach character.
