Being a small roastery has some benefits. We feel we can safely continue to operation during the outbreak by undertaking the following measures:
- We roast alone, and leave at least three days between visits to the roastery
- Each of the roasters (Andrew and David) are maintaining the social distancing guidelines and staying at home
- We're using Royal Mail 2nd class post which means the contents of your package are not touched by a human for at least 48hrs
So we're keeping going during these challenging times. However we are expecting that the coffee supply chain will be disrupted at some point in the coming months and we are also noticing that our shipments are taking longer to get to our customers.
Please bear with us and be assured that coffee is shipped the same day, or the day after you get a the shipping notification from Shopify.
